The cleanliness was excellent, with everything being new and super-clean, including the washing and drying areas. The hotel facilities were great, with a huge communal area and beautifully designed double rooms. The location was convenient, with many food options on the streets nearby and easy access to transportation. Lastly, the staff was English-speaking, friendly, and very helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that some tours took us to very touristy places that weren't always authentic. , if you make the driver wait, they may charge you an extra fee.

The hostel had a lovely communal area with comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace. the staff was friendly and accommodating, giving us directions to nearby shops and restaurants. the holiday decorations added a festive touch to our Christmas stay.

The room we stayed in was quite small and lacked any kind of decoration or character. the bathroom was cramped and difficult to navigate, making it uncomfortable to use.

The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the garden furniture added a touch of elegance.
